SENIOR SURVEYOR

A major property group with extensive interests throughout the UK has a vacancy based at its Head Office in the West End for a Senior Surveyor to assist the Head of the Residential Property Division in the overall management of the Group’s residential property portfolio.
Principal responsibilities include the efficient and effective monitoring of the activities of the Group’s Area Offices in London and Birmingham, and providing appropriate support in order to maximise revenues. This will particularly involve dealing with void units, lettings, major works, rent reviews and development work.
Candidates must possess an up-to-date knowledge of Landlord & Tenant issues in relation to both residential and commercial property, have a proven track record in managing a varied portfolio and in staff management, be an effective communicator, and preferably hold a relevant professional qualification.
