Our client provides sale, purchase and finance advice on great levels of global transactions. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual with relevant hospitality/real estate work experience to join their firm as an Associate with their Transaction team.
Requirements
- Ideally MRICS qualified or part Qualified
- Degree or equivalent in Business Finance, Hotel Administration and/or Real Estate
- Fluent in English and ideally Swedish.
- Investment / transactional experience is preferred but individuals who can demonstrate a solid understanding of the property industry will be considered
- Any experience in hospitality or hotel operations would be advantageous but is not essential
- Ability to demonstrate a confident approach in order to provide a client facing role
- Committed to providing advice of the highest standard
- Demonstrated quantitative skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while also maintaining rapport with a team
- Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
