The main purpose of this post is focused on delivering a high end service from inception to completion on the clients store development programme. This focus will require the successful candidate to take full responsibility for new store opening and shop fits with strong emphasis on c controlling all budgetary requirements ensuring projects are delivered on time and within the agreed specifications.
Key objectives:
- Establish full programme of works and monitor throughout the projects tenure
-Coordinate and liaise all internal departments on store opening dates, closures and refurbishments
- Agree all financial budgets and timescales with the Store Development Director
- Maintain strict financial control of the delivery programme
- Source and tender contractors as appropriate ensuring work completed is in accordance to brand design and agreed specifications
- Handover of completed projects to Retail & creative teams


In order to be considered for this role you must:
- Have strong project management experience within a retail environment
- Have an in depth knowledge of architectural process and a solid understanding of Auto CAD
- Have a strong working knowledge of CDM regulations and procedure
- Have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
- Be able to thrive under pressure and deliver in accordance to strict time restraintsand deadlines
- Be willing to travel extensively on an International basis
