This position is for an intermediate level Quantity Surveyor, ideally Chartered or close to becoming Chartered, who already has some good experience in London based projects in the Commercial or Retail sectors.
You should already be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and already have good work experience for a PQS. You must be capable of running your own projects, so as a guide you should have already delivered projects in excess of £10M on your own.
You must have previous Consultancy experience and you must also have experience of London projects in Commercial and/or Retail - this is addition to being degree qualified and being Chartered to close to being Chartered.
Should you have the right experience, this could be a fantastic opportunity to join a flourishing business whereby you have little to no competition for promotion and career progression. There is a flat management structure in place - you would be part of a small London team led by a Director who is incredibly experienced in this sector and a brilliant manager.
