Beach Baker has been instructed by one of the leading national private practice's to help them recruit a Valuation Surveyor for their Manchester office.
Our client is seeking candidates from newly qualified to senior surveyor. To be working in the North West market would be an advantage but not essential as people wanting to relocate to Manchester/ North West would be welcomed to apply. You will be working on a wide variety of valuations for loan security, end of year/ quarterly reporting, litigation, acquisition due diligence and CGT.
