About the Company:
This British based Construction Consultancy is an international multi-disciplinary firm of chartered Surveyors and Project Manager. They have been established for nearly 100 years and have offices across Europe, the Middle East, and theFar Eastand have built a solid reputation.
About the Role:
They are currently looking for a Commercial Manager to be based from either their office in Abu Dhabi or Qatar and work on local projects. Their client is developing a number of infrastructure works, including, roads and bridges, parks, public areas, power water supply, waste treatment, as well as building projects such as hotels and residential apartments.
Job Specification:
As the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for, and need to have a demonstrable background in the following: Pre and Post Contract skills, FIDIC, Cost +, Managing a team of 8 QS, Client facing, reporting skills, setting up cost reporting procedures, willing to relocate, MRICS (is a must), Value Engineering, Risk Management, Major Project experience, Mixed use experience, mainly consultancy background, tender document preparation, and Claims experience.
