Public company expanding into Spain. We are looking to hire a top player in Real Estate. Must have tenant -leasing experience. Must also be bilingual. This is a great position, and you can get promoted very quickly within the company, if you impact the business in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Source retail outlets in Spain
· Work with local Operations Manager and the UK property team
· Assisting in the negotiation of leases
· Administration and collation of all relevant information
· Chasing internal & external depts/companies
· Communication to all stakeholders regarding new stores
· Liaising with legal team regarding completions
· Manage and maintain a high level of survey reports and follow up accordingly
· Ad-hoc duties
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Secondary level education
• Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills
• Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written)
• Confident
• Organised
• Ability to priorities and work to tight deadlines in a busy team
