Interim PM

Project Manager required, ideally with healthcare experience, for a North west based consultancy. Working with a diverse property team you will help administer refurbishment works to £100,000 in value. You will undertake the full range of Project management / building surveying duties including scheme design. It will be beneficial if you can use AutoCAD to assist with the projects. Candidates will ideally, but not essentially, be MRICS qualified and he previous relevant experience in the consultancy or client side sector. This is a 12 month contract with an hourly rate of up to £25 per hour .
