An opening has arisen for a Senior Director within the valuation team of this large property consultancy, based in their London office.
The valuation team operates internationally and has a strong client base which is continuing to grow rapidly. As a result of this there is a need for more talented property professionals to join the team.
We are looking for an experienced commercial chartered valuation surveyor at Director Level. You need to be able to build relationships with existing clients through regular communication and win repeat business. An eye to identifying business development opportunities will be a key part to this role. The capabilities to delegating work to other team members and think strategically is also essential.
On offer will be a competitive package, which will depend on your experience to date but will be highly competitive to attract the very best candidates.
