A top 10 property consultancy have instructed Beach Baker to source an ambitious agency surveyor to join the leading transactional team based in Hampshire. We are seeking ideally a chartered surveyor with around 0 to 4 years post qualification experience who has drive and determination to succeed in a competitive environment.
The successful candidate will support the well-know and highly respected Agency and Investment Directors and work on arguable the best instructions in Hampshire and surrounding area. You will transact property on your own steam with considerable support from seasoned professionals and undertake a full range of instructions within all property classes with emphasis on the improving office and industrial sectors.
Clients include many international funds and property companies as well as private individuals. We are seeking a candidate with an existing track record of high performance.
The work will principally involve:
Acquisition and disposal work within all property classes.
Active cross selling into other departments (for fee return) within the Firm. The candidate will be strongly encouraged to identify investment and development opportunities, which can be brokered to contacts of the candidate/firm or cross-sold.
The position will provide an excellent springboard to become an influential figure in a growing office and strongly established agency/investment team.
