Surveyor - Resi Development Valuations

Leading private practice requires a Chartered Surveyor to undertake valuation, survey and inspection instructions on national portfolios of residential properties and developments. The successful candidate will provide valuation advice to a whole range of predominantly public sector and financial institution clients. The position will initially be to assist a Senior Surveyor, however the chosen candidate will soon be tasked with contributing to team revenue. The post is based around the Yorkshire region and pays in the region of circa £24 - £26,000 dependent upon experience.
