An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading international property consultancy within a highly successfully Corporate Real Estate team based in Birmingham. This company has approximately 30,000 employees with more than 350 offices worldwide, and are continuing to grow due to their unrivalled success.
The role will involve being an Account Manager for a highly established institutional client where you will be managing diverse portfolio of around 900 properties across the UK. You will also be responsible for managing a small team consisting of two surveyors and one administrator.
The ideal candidate will already be at the Associate Director level or a strong Senior Surveyor looking to take their next career step. You will already be working within a corporate, public sector or private practice environment with a large element of your current role devoted to property management or corporate real estate work.
To be considered for this role you must be a full member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors ideally with a minimum of four years post qualification experience.
