My clients are a leading independent firm of chartered surveyors that have an excellent reputation within the property industry, in particular the rural sector, and work throughout the Midlands and further afield for a number of clients.
I am instructed to recruit a rural surveyor for their busy Northamptonshire office. On a day to day basis you will be involved in all aspects of rural professional work. You will be directly involved in: property management, valuation, planning and development, compulsory purchase, compensation, renewables and all other aspects of rural work that you would come to expect in a diverse office.
Candidates will ideally be a minimum of 1 years post qualified (candidates with less experience will also be considered) and have a good grounding in the rural sector with the drive and vision to be part of a strong and growing team. This is an excellent role for someone that is looking for a move up the career ladder where career progression is offered as well as an excellent working environment and an interesting and diverse work load from day one.
