About the Company:
A consultancy based in the Middle East is looking for an office based Senior Quantity Surveyor Manager with infrastructure and preferably airport experience to work on a large airport project in the Middle East. You will be responsible for a team of Surveyors on the project and will report to the Managing Surveyor on the project.
About the role
You will need to have previous infrastructure and preferably airport experience either in the UK and the Middle East, and be chartered by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. You will also need to have a background of working in a consultancy environment and have a mminimum of 15 years hands on experience in large infrastructure and mark development projects preferably including experience in an international airport.
You will also need:
- Thorough knowledge and experience in FIDIC
- Extensive experience in infrastructure projects, roads & bridges, external works essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior Managerial Skills and outstanding leadership qualities with ability to manage a multi cultural team
