Our client a Management and Property Consultancy specialising in Building Surveying, Project Management, Quantity Surveying and and Health and Safety are currently looking for a Senior Consultant to join their Project Management team to be based in either Yorkshire or the North West.
The successful candidate will be dealing the strategic side and will have direct interaction with the client talking through their estates and property strategies, listening to their requirements and putting together business cases going forward. Once the strategic side has been put together the projects will be passed on for delivery phase.
The work is currently within the education sector and candidates will ideally have an RICS background and have gained experience working within an estates/property environment.
