The role would suit a NEBOSH qualified CDM Coordinator looking for a new opportunity in the Greater London area. The consultancy deals with an impressive client base across all sectors of property and construction
The CDM Coordinator will be expected to work with minimum supervision applying the Statutory Regulations including:-
- Visiting sites for environmental surveys
- Preparation of Pre Construction Information for tender purposes on a variety of schemes across most sectors
- Collation of information from Contractors, etc
- Preparation of Health & Safety files for clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar consultancy
- NEBOSH qualification
- Proven record of working to targets and deadlines
Salary is up to £35,000pa dependant on skills and experience and the company supports training development so progression is available for the right candidate.
