Beach Baker have been instructed by a leading international property consultancy to find a recently chartered surveyor up to 1-2 years post qualified to join their successful Rating and Compulsory Purchase team in London.
We are looking for someone who is MRICS qualified, that has experience of Rating and CPO work, if your stronger in one or the other discipline that will be considered.
You'll be expected to provide clients with services covering rating appeals, rates reliefs, rates management and rates audits. Also to assist landowners and business occupiers affected by compulsory purchase or on the other side provide consultancy advice to acquiring authorities & developers, from the feasibility stage of development projects, through the obtaining of a CPO.
On offer will be a package depending on experience in the region of £32,000 - £35,000, car allowance, bonus, benefits.
