A leading firm of chartered surveyors with a strong regional network of offices has a requirement for a Property/Asset Manager in Cambridgeshire.
Working within the Fund Management Team which undertakes management of various commercial properties on behalf of a range of clients including institutions, property companies and family trusts.
The main focus of this role is to provide property management expertise to a number of commercial properties/portfolios. This post will give the right person the opportunity to manage and develop a number of investment portfolios with the potential to become involved in active asset management. The largest portfolio managed is national, with the others being largely based in East Anglia let to both national and local covenants.
We are looking for an ideally MRICS qualified surveyor with Property Management and/or Asset Management experience. You'll need to have a good knowledge of managing service charges, a good technical knowledge of Landlord and Tenant legislation and regulations relating to the management of commercial property.
On offer is a competitive package comprising of salary in the region of £30,000 - £38,000 benefits.
