Our client is a well known property consultancy with offices spanning the UK. A new position has arisen for a property professional with experience of providing ‘best use’ advice on both private and public sector property portfolios. Applicants will have experience of creating manageable, flexible, corporate property strategies and delivering solutions to the constantly changing circumstances of property owner/occupiers needs. The post will initially be to support an Associate, however support will be provided to allow the successful candidate to be working autonomously ASAP.
