Role Summary

  • Working as extension of CRE team with responsibility for transactions within the clients portfolio across EMEA
  • Pro-active management of lease events (breaks and expires)
  • Developing strategies to mitigate costs and improve portfolio efficiencies across the clients European region

    Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional transaction management services across EMEA
  • Undertake strategic portfolio reviews in terms of programming, performance reporting and the development of suitable transaction strategies
  • Programme manage multi-disciplinary teams that appropriately reflect the size, complexity and nature of the transaction to be delivered and client specific requirements
  • Build and lead sustainable regional relationships within client
  •  to deliver transaction management & other real estate services we provide / manage
  • Manage transaction delivery teams to ensure best practice and full compliance with client’s internal procedures
  • Develop good relationships in order to obtain swift approvals for all projects
  • Understand the wider market place in order to advise on trends and opportunities
  • Develop, maintain and grow high level customer relationships
  • The role will include some travel to client offices in EMEA

    Requirements

  • Proven transaction and / or real estate strategy experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Land management or a related field and MRICS qualified or equivalent
  • Proven track record of high level strategic skills with a good understanding of financial analysis
  • Good report writing and IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are essential)
  • Programme / Project Management skills an advantage including experience in running meetings with project teams (e.g.: IT, Security, HR etc.)
  • Ability to formulate, implement, drive and achieve business plans and targets
  • Ability to work in a matrix organisation and demonstrate team leadership skills
  • Strategic thinking and analytical approach
