Associate Director - Planning

A successful, established, multi-disciplinary consultancy have appointed Macdonald & Company to recruit an Associate Director in Planning. With the support of the existing Director you will help to lead a successful planning division during this period of growth for its Yorkshire region. You will be responsible for day to day management of the team, personal responsibility for business development and fee generation. You will be MRTPI qualified and have operated at a senior level. The ideal individual will have experience within a consultancy background and have the capability to generate additional fee revenue from existing and new client development. Ideally you will have experience in the following areas: residential planning, retail planning and environmental planning including EIA experience. You will be involved in some exciting infrastructure projects and other large scale developments.
