You will be working for a well established multi-disciplinary property Consultancy in a Senior Quantity Surveyor position to strengthen their team in their Commercial Sector.  You will be working on Commercial New Build and major Residential and Mixed Use developments with values between £5M and £100M.   

You will ideally come from a private practice background

Essential Requirements:

·    You will ideally be qualified to degree level as a Quantity Surveyor or a similar technical ability. 
·    You will preferably be MRICS or professionally qualified in another construction related subject (or qualified by experience)
·    A minimum of eight years technical delivery experience.
·    A minimum of three years working on Commercial Office or Commercial led mixed use schemes included. 
·    Have previously worked for a consultancy
·    Feasibility and cost planning, Procurement advice, Tender Documentation and Post Contract Services

To be successful you will need to be self motivated and able to work independently whilst also working within a team environment.
