MRICS Building Surveyor

Macdonald & company have been appointed to source a MRICS BuildingSsurveyor for our client's Manchester office. Duties will include dilapidations, building surveys, condition inspections and reporting, dispute resolution, insurance loss adjusting, party walls, contract administration, project management and specifications. Ideally you will have worked in a commercial environment for a minimum two years. Salary will be reflective of abilities and range from £25,000 to £35,000 plus benefits. You will be exposed to an impressive client base and have access to a structured career path.
