Part of Infrastructure Maintenance within the Wessex Alliance, the Buildings and Civils minor works teams manage the delivery of maintenance and renewal projects to both Operational Property and Civil Assets.
The team’s diverse portfolio encompasses a full range of operational assets that includes managed and franchised stations, light maintenance depots, Maintenance Delivery Unit depots, lineside buildings, bridges, culverts, retaining walls and drainage.

Add your skills to this dynamic team and you’ll have every opportunity to broaden your expertise and stretch yourself to the full. You'll find yourself providing post-contract commercial management of risk activity and supporting pre-contract activity within the team’s scope of work as well as providing specialist commercial advice, guidance and recommendations to mitigate commercial risks.

You'll need:

 Proven talent for negotiation
 Good understanding of railway and construction industry contracts
 Construction industry or railway background
