A top 5 global property consultancy and firm of chartered surveyors who offer property advice across all property types and all disciplines have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a senior surveyor level candidate to join the expanding and specialist Corporate Real Estate Consultancy team.
Based in Bristol, the Corporate Real Estate Consultancy team advise predominantly public sector clients on how best to align their property estate with their strategy, streamline their property-related cost base, and upgrade their capabilities in facilities and property management. Their advice is fact-based and action oriented and designed to ensure delivery of the value identified through the consulting engagement.
The responsibilities of the role will include presenting and meeting with senior figures to understand the bigger picture and give credible portfolio recommendations for the future. We require a strategic thinker who can stand on their own two feet and offer strategic asset management advice to rationalize estates and add value where possible. Previous experience in a public sector consultancy team is essential along with the RICS qulaification and at least 2 years post qualified experience.
