About Quantity Surveyor Role
This multi disciplinary construction consultancy has 40 years experience of offering Cost Management, Project Management, and Construction Management services across a broad range of sectors. Their successful London Private Residential team is now looking for a MRICS Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor who is able to run a small team of surveyors and manage a diverse range of M&E projects.
You will need to be chartered by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, be commercially aware, and client facing, and a good team leader. You will also have a mechanical bias and be able to lead a small team of surveyors.

Skills Needed:
Circa 10 year’s residential experience
Previous M&E Consultancy experience
Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor
BSc in Quantity Surveying or related subject
Salary and Benefits:
Circa £40,000 - £45,000
Pension at 6% contribution
