A fast growing and well respected property maintenance company are recruiting for an assistant contracts manager on a temp to perm basis, based in East London.
Specialists in the social housing, insurance and commercial maintenance markets, this role will encompass the management of 20+ jobs at any one time across the Essex, London and Kent areas.
Ideally you will be a degree qualified surveyor and have experience working with SMEs that specialise in property maintenance. It is important that you are a shrewd business opportunist, and an analytical contracts manager. The role would suit a supervisor, site manager looking to step into contract management.
You must also have access to transport as travel between sites is required. The role will be based in Essex.
The role is a contract position and for the right candidate it can develop into a permanent post.
