Investment Analyst - London
My client is a small niche company who do high end, central London Office acquisitions and asset management on behalf of high net worth private clients. They are a great dynamic, growing company headed up by three partners.
They do Investment and asset management on behalf of their clients and have transacted c. £1b over the last 2 yrs and currently have £150m under AM. As well as the core AM and Investment team, they have in house architects who are part of the business and work on the projects so it is expertise for the whole process that my client offers their clients.
The company are also looking to start building up their own portfolio in the near future so the role is likely to become semi-client side.
The role is for someone who is very strong at modelling and can do comprehensive models from scratch with finance built in. Although they will have the opportunity to get involved with other elements of the business and the investment process, this candidate must be happy that their core role would be as an Investment analyst.
The partners would like a candidate who will grow within the company and drive to becoming a partner and gaining equity in the company. This is a great role for someone who wants career progression in dynamic, growing role.
