Our client owns and manages more than 4000 homes in London, they are launching a new part of their business to develop new homes for sale and shared ownership basis. As Head of Sales & Marketing you must have proven experience and success in property sales and in recruitment and leading successful residential sales and marketing teams. You and your team will be selling properties up to a value of c£1m. As a confident and accomplished new homes sales specialist you will be able to demonstrate your ability to motivate, lead and manage a team to succeed in their individual as well as corporate goals ensuring a professional sales and letting process is achieved at all times. You must be confident building a brand and a network of contacts to support your goals and will be responsible for developing all sales and marketing strategy for the London developments and ensuring its successful implementation.  Our client requires candidates with proven experience in a similar managerial new homes sales role from within the public or private sector. Base salary circa £45,000 plus performance related bonus. Deadline for applications: Friday 8th June 2012.
