Our client, a highly respected name in the residential property management sector, is currently looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager who can demonstrate a passion for providing a 1st class service and a flair for problem solving. Our client is continually winning new instructions and is looking to appoint a Residential Property Manager who is capable of stepping into a newly created role.
The role of Residential Property Manager will involve overseeing a portfolio of 500 AST properties and dealing with rent collections and lease issues.
The role of Residential Property Manager requires someone with previous experience and a good knowledge of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements (AST).
