My client are looking for a surveyor to provide expertise in providing an efficient and responsive estates management service, advice on all property matters, having regard to relevant legal and financial implications to all client services.
They need someone to prepare valuations of land and property for all Council purposes in accordance with professional guidance and standards, let and manage all property, including to community groups and the third sector, to include: new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and surrenders.
The right person would need to ensure that lease terms are complied with Dealing with landlords & Tenants, properties... etc... Schools and Social services. Elderly services and delivery services.
You will be out of the office 70% of the time doing rather than managing.
An Enhanced CRB is required as there may be a time whereby there could be contact with Children or vulnerable adults / or access to personnel social care record / or arranging direct payment
