Regional Building Surveyor

Regional Building Surveyor - £40k pa + company car - London - 9 month contract

A London based charity is looking for a Regional Building Surveyor to cover it's Southern portfolio.  The organisation has around 150 properties in the South.  The role will entail you undertaking condition surveys, preparing structural surveys and detailed plans for MCCC properties including shops, warehouses and offices.  You will need experience in reacctive work, planned maintenance work and health and safety work, you will also have experience in dilapidations and schedules of conditions on offices.
