The role is to get involved in a mix of Project and Professional work alongside a team of highly skilled and multi discipline consultants. Reporting directly to the Partners you will have an opportunity to deal with numerous client undertaking tasks such as:
- Contract Administration
- Dilapidations
- Project Management
- Party Walls
- Building Surveys and defects
The consultancy works on a number of high profile and high value projects manily within the Commericial, Retail and Industrial Sectors and the role will give opportiunity to develop into other areas of interest for the right individual such as due diligence.
To apply for this role you should have:
- MRICS – ideally with 1 years PQE
- Experience in Project and Professional work
- Experience of working within a Consultancy
- Have dealt with Commercial projects is desirable but not essential
In return you will get a salary of up to £35000pa dependant on skills and experience, plus a company car and other company benefits.
