This global fund management business with an extensive portfolio of assets under management is seeking to appoint a Building Surveyor into the team to manage their existing workload across the commercial sector.

For this diverse and challenging role, you must be MRICS qualified with experience of working in a consultancy or client side environment and it is essential that you have recent private sector experience. If you have worked on commercial refurbishment schemes it would also be advantageous.
