Estates Technician - 12 month contract - Buckinghamshire

Based in Milton Keynes we require an Estates Technician to work within this commercial property management team. The role will involve; management of all property information (deeds, leases etc), deal with all land registry queries, deal with solicitor enquiries and searches and undertake low value transactional work as required. You must have experience in a similar property role, have exceptional attention to detail, clear and confident communication skills and be able to work in a very deadline driven environment.  Driving licence and own car desirable (although not essential) as you will be required to occasionally travel to other offices, full expenses will be offered.
