The role is to join an established and growing team of Building Surveyors working alongside building surveyors, quantity surveyors, M&E engineers and other specialists for a number of high level clients across all disciplines.
The role requires a high level of professional building surveying experience with dilapidations as a necessary requirement, duties will include:
- Dilapidations
- Building Surveys
- Dispute resolution
- Party walls
To apply for this position you must have:
- MRICS status
- Experience of working in a similar consultancies environment
- A mix of Contract Administration and Professional experience
