Join this private company with a significant land holding and commercial estate which stretches across the East Midlands into the Peak district. They have a current requirement for a proven Chartered surveyor to join the team.
Given the nature of this portfolio, the role will combine all aspects of estate management & development including the negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals, lease re-gears directing acquisitions and disposals, leasing existing properties, day-to-day management through to managing the planning process on a number of sites which have been redeveloped for alternative use.
