Our estates portfolio includes a wide range of properties throughout the UK. Estates development and rationalisation continues to be an important factor in shaping the future of THT and its services.

This role will be a rewarding challenge if you are an experienced and qualified surveyor, or similarly qualified estates professional with a successful delivery record. You will be responsible for developing THT’s estates strategy and for ensuring that the appropriate controls, processes and team are in place to support the delivery of that strategy.

This post requires an individual who is able to be flexible, work both within a team and on their own initiative, address situations proactively and demonstrate the ability to relate to a wide range of people in various settings.

This role requires Enhanced CRB disclosure.
