Head of Property & Facilities

My client, a leading North East based public body, is looking for a Head of Property and Facilities to provide strategic leadership to the regional portfolio. This is a senior position which will require the right candidate to deliver financial savings, introduce community and social benefits, support regeneration and enable the delivery of key services. In order to be considered, candidates must have a background of managing large property portfolios and facilities in the public sector.
