Further information

Our client is one of the UK's leading retailers with an extensive property portfolio across the country. They are recruiting a Regional Head of Building Management to strategically lead all Property and Maintenance activity across an extensive and diverse property portfolio.

This individual will manage a team of Regional Managers, delivering all building maintenance, project work and statutory compliance across their region. They will have accountability for all reactive, planned and capital works budgets, ensuring best value and service to the internal customer base at all times.

This role covers an expansive region covering East Midlands, East Anglia and Northern Home Counties, therefore someone based centrally i.e. Northamptonshire would be ideal but base location is flexible.

The ideal Regional Head of Building Management will be a driven and ambitious individual with a strategic and innovative approach to maintenance and Facilities management services.

They will have experience of managing Facilities Management, Maintenance or Property Management services for a multi site Retail portfolio, and have a proven track record of delivering a high level of performance and successfully managing a management team.

They will hold a relevant degree and ideally an appropriate professional membership i.e. RICS or CIOB.

One of the UK's leading retail brands, with an unrivalled property portfolio.

Highly competitive salary, Company Car, excellent bonus and benefits scheme, and excellent opportunities for career development.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
