Property Manager for Global property services firm.
You will deliver a first class and cost effective service of client properties in accordance with current legislation. You will coordinate activity between clients and tenants and ensure compliance under the terms of the leases, and enhance asset value through programmes of maintenance and development.
Other responsibilities will include, relationship development, update of client database, MI reports,client accounting and estate management.
You will ideally be RICS or eqiuvalent , be able to deliver high quality reports and have a good knowledge of H&S regulations
