Our client, a large firm of chartered quantity surveyors, project managers etc. now seeks an MRICS qualified Quantity Surveyor at Intermediate or Senior level to join their office in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. You will work closely with their key clients in the residential and commercial sectors. You should be a career minded QS from a PQS (private practice) background and be able to take responsibility for your own projects. You should have a Degree in Quantity Surveyor or similar technical subject and be a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and have at least four years or more experience of residential and commercial projects. Experience of doing feasibility and cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation and all post contract services is essential and knowledge and experience of using BIM.
