A leading client organisation have instructed Beach Baker to recruit a chartered surveyor to assist with the management of a property portfolio throughout the Devon area.
The successful candidate will assist in the delivery of a professional and quality asset management service, which will include landlord & tenant, valuation and property management matters such as rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations, lettings and disposals together with other property issues that may arise.
The candidate must be MRICS qualified and possess a good understanding and knowledge of property law and practice relating to estate management and valuation. We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 12 months relevant experience in landlord and tenant, valuation, acquisitions and disposals. We invite applications from candidates who enjoy a challenge and have commercial acumen and the ability to apply it.
On offer is a salary range of up to £27,000 + Benefits, depending on experience and level.
