Asset Manager, North West based; 6 month fixed term contract; £50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits pro rata
My client, a national corporate bank with a significant real estate loan portfolio is looking for a capable chartered surveyor to join its team in Manchester.
Given the nature of this portfolio the appointed individual will be working on assets where the bank has exercised its security and the appointed individual will be responsible for:
- Ensuring security reviews are undertaken
- Identifying and executing a business plan for the assets in order to optimise recovery
- Across the broader portfolio, identify assets where security should be exercised and outline opportunities to create the sell down of loans or suitable joint ventures
- Ensure that all accounts are appropriately managed and maintained
It is envisaged that the appointed individual will have sound knowledge of the property market having worked either for a bank or in a consultancy. You will possess an ability to analyse and price appropriate property lending, credit process and have strong relationship management skills.
