Quantity Surveyor / PQS with German

Our client is a firm of chartered quantity surveyors and project management consultants and construction consultants. They are working on a range of projects in the in Europe and now have a requirement for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor or almost Chartered Quantity Surveyor who must have FLUENT GERMAN or ALMOST fluent German to join one of their offices in Munich, Germany. You will need to have a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Economics or similar built environment subject and have worked for a firm of construction consultants doing both pre and post contract cost management for a range of building projects. The ideal candidate will be from just approaching MRICS to around twenty years PQE . Our client has recently won over many new projects across Germany so there will be plenty of opportunity of working on a good range of projects which could be mixed use, corporate real estate, industrial and more.
