Chartered Estate Manager - Scotland

My client, a prestigious rural Scottish estate, are looking for a Chartered Estate Manager to manage a varied rural portfolio. The commercially managed estate covers 45,000 acres, and the role involves the management of their rural property portfolio of leased properties in central Scotland, including residential lets, agricultural holdings, commercial lets, ground, sporting and forestry lets. In order to be considered, candidates must have at least 2 years' PQE experience and have a background in managing a diverse portfolio in a rural setting. The candidate will also be involved in the management of aspects of renewables energy projects, a large in-hand farm, in-hand forestry and game departments.The position will suit a dynamic individual who is keen to take on a wide range of responsibilities. The package includes rent and council tax paid accommodation and a car allowance, with salaries circa £25,000.
