Estates Surveyor, North West based; Up to £27,000 plus benefits (12 months fixed term contract)
My client has an exciting opportunity for an Estates Manager to join them at their office in the North West.
As the Estates Surveyor, you will support the Head of Estates with general property management services relating to a substantial occupational portfolio across the UK. This will include undertaking management of valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews and licence to alter, planning applications and options to determine.
RICS qualified or equivalent, you will have previous experience within a similar role coupled with good project management skills. You will need to be able to work independently without supervision. You will need to be highly organised and capable of working to specified deadlines and under pressure.
