Real Estate Manager, West Midlands based - 6 month fixed term contract £30,000 - £35,000 pro-rata
A national client has an immediate requirement for an experienced Real Estate Surveyor to join their team on a fixed term contract basis. Working closely with the Director of Estates, you will be responsible for managing an operational portfolio handling all L&T requirements, day to day management, investigating and proposing potential acquisitions and disposals, ensuring that all current contractors are supporting the business sufficiently and maintaining an internal property database.
