RESIDENTIAL VALUATION SURVEYOR/ AREA MANAGER.

One of the UK's leading panel managers and a respected national residential valuation and survey firm has an immediate requirement for an Area Manager / Residential Surveyor.
This role includes management and performance responsibilities for a team of residential valuation surveyors, together with personal fee earning duties.
They can provide a busy workload of quality instructions with good fee earning potential.
You must be experienced in undertaking mortgage valuations and Homebuyer reports and live within the locations indicated. The successful candidate will also have previous experience of managing and motivating a team, recruitment etc.
You will be MRICS and a Registered Valuer.The position is homebased.
