Graduate Trainee/ Development Assistant

Jaspar have over 30 years of experience in the conversion/development of Grade II Listed buildings. A successful family owned business, developing buildings in prime areas of London.
Seeking a bright/driven/ hands on and passionate real estate graduate keen to join a committed growing team.
The successful applicant will have a 2.1 or better in Building Surveying, which satisfies the RICS. Strong IT skills, preferably demonstrating some experience with CAD, will be an advantage.
Past experience of 1-2 years in a property related role is vital.
Role:
General use of CAD work in undertaking measured surveys and proposals for development, project feasibility reports, site surveys, building condition surveys, building regulation knowledge, party wall issues, building control matters, planning issues and general project management.
Also, London Residential Sales/Lettings involvement in working within the agency arm of the business.
Summary
A unique opportunity to be involved in identifying sites for redevelopment, acquisition, carrying out of the works and development and then its eventual disposal. Seeking a bright/driven/experienced/ hands on graduate keen to join a committed team.
